Recently, dancing has been a phenomenon in United States.

But 2 years ago, Matt Harding took it to another level.
He took a 6 month trip through 39 countries on all 7 continents,
since becoming “That guy who dances on the internet around the world”.

Where the Hell was Matt? (2006)

Since then, no one really know what happened to Matt.

Well, Matt is back.

About 10 months ago, FRA interviewed Persian hip-hop’s most promising newcomer, Erfan.

Since then, he’s been producing, hosting tv programs, while touring in US, Middle East and Europe — quickly becoming one of Iran’s most influential emcee.

Check out Erfan’s latest video, Az Khaaneh Ta Goor.

Swung by Crash Mansion the other night to check out some bands. Along with Django James, I got to catch Foreign Academy.

1. Foreign Academy doing their thing. 2. “YEAHHH!!!”

Foreign Academy sounds like a flying elephant sneaking into LAX unnoticed. What the hell does that sound like? Go to their myspace and find out.

1. Django dancing to the beat. 2. It’s the Restitution Press at Crash Mansion!

Seeing that the Presidential Elections are quickly approaching, I’ll take this time for a quick Public Service Announcement.

Register to vote at Rock the Vote

Rock the Vote was founded in 1990 by the music industry to represent the youth in what was becoming a firebranded movement to censor music. By the 1992 Elections, Rock the Vote was in full swing with celebrity endorsements to Register and Rock the Vote, as well as a nationally covered media campaign fueled by MTV. Since then, Rock the Vote has registered millions of youth in America, and has driven over 50 million to the polls.

While Rock the Vote doesn’t have the media power they once did back in the 90’s, their grassroots operations and interactivity with the youth has jumped leaps and bounds.

Whether hitting Sundance, the primaries or SXSW this year, Rock the Vote is making sure the youth are paying attention.

Check out this clip from SXSW.

Head on over to Rock the Vote and register to vote now.
It’s your present and future with a click of a button.

Nas - Be A N**ger Too (official video)

Just left me speechless. I haven’t yet decided whether or not that’s a good thing. I guess it’s pretty much what you want to make of it.

Note: You can also spot cameo appearances by John Cho and James Kyson Lee.
