Interview: Team FR*A

The last word of the song is sung, and the final chords are ringing out. The performance was nearly flawless. The room is in silence as the audience soaks in the haunting beauty that is the music of Big Phony. “I like your hair!” shouts a girl by the stage. “Thanks” blushes Bobby. And that is how I first heard Big Phony live.

Bobby Choy, aka Big Phony is not a rockstar. He stands at about 5′10″ and sports longish hair, but doesn’t walk around with the strut of an Axl, nor a Rivers Cuomo. Instead Bobby is humble, minds his manners, and is a bit on the shy side. What Big Phony lacks in obnoxious flair, he makes up for with a mighty pen and, surprise! TALENT. Team FR*A got to follow Bobby around on and off over a period of a month. We know you internet types so here is a summery of the adventure: in about 3 minutes.
