I heard out about Blue Scholars not too long ago through Evil Monito Magazine. Since then I’ve been a huge fan of the Seattle based hip hop duo.
I just checked out their new album, “Bayani” (Tagalog translates as “Hero” and in Farsi as “The Divine Wordâ€), and must say the experience was amazing.
Real lyrics, covering everything from politics to spirituality crossed by flawless beats, makes this one of indie-rap at its finest.
